Message from the PFIA President . . .

Welcome to the Powhatan Farms community. We pride ourselves on maintaining a clean and comfortable environment where all neighbors enjoy their homes and respect the boundaries of one another. It is the hope of the Powhatan Farms Improvement Association (PFIA) that homeowners' active participation will contribute to the continual growth and vitality of our community.

The PFIA has a general meeting on the second Wednesday of each month at 7 PM. It is at these meetings that members of the community will be able to find out what is going on that will affect the neighborhood and talk about topics that interest them. Members of the community are not only invited, but encouraged to attend and get involved.

The PFIA has established relationships with public officials and may be able to assist members of the community. There are laws on the books that are enforced by the Baltimore County Office of Code Enforcement. If members of the community have any questions about whether or not an issue is a violation of county code and/or the Neighborhood Covenant, please don't hesitate to ask questions at the neighborhood meetings or simply email concerns to the PFIA via the email address shown at the bottom of this page. While we encourage members of the community to take care of personal concerns on their own and have provided links below to various important and useful resources to assist with doing so, they may always look to the PFIA for help.

Again, welcome and we look forward to seeing members of the community at neighborhood meetings as well as participating in the many helpful and fun activities.

Sincerely,

Aaron Barnett, President

On behalf of -PFIA
